1. Oversee In-House Production Line : Manage daily production operations to ensure that the production process is appropriate and accurate. The details are as follows:
1.1 Control and monitor in-house production plans to align with production order sequences and delivery schedules.
1.2 Inspect and verify work procedures to ensure they are appropriate and comply with the specified time, standards, and work processes.
1.3 Manage ordering and job modifications to maximize productivity.
1.4 Monitor, control, and supervise manpower planning, production capacity, quality, and departmental efficiency.
1.5 Oversee and ensure quality control of in-house production, such as random inspections of workpieces for quality in terms of silver purity or obtaining reports from reliable institutions.
1.6 Assist in production, resolving technical issues, managing time conflicts, and ensuring the effective use of machinery, tools, and equipment.
1.7 Track materials, equipment, tools, and external maintenance services used in production to ensure continuous and timely production flow.
1.8 Inspect, update, and control operations to ensure workplace safety and compliance with relevant legal requirements.
2. Control and Monitor Production Costs : Oversee and verify in-house production costs to ensure they are appropriate, accurate, and budget-efficient.
2.1 Prepare information to determine the quantity of products that need to be produced, including reserves for quality issues, and control to prevent overproduction.
2.2 Monitor, inspect, and track each production cost component to ensure they comply with cost requirements during the production process and take necessary actions if costs increase or are uncontrollable.
2.3 Analyze and adjust production plans to adapt to changing circumstances.
3.Coordinate with Other Departments : Work closely with related departments to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
4.People Management : Participate in interviewing and selecting new candidates, evaluate probation performance, and maintain discipline and work behavior among employees.
5.Monthly Reporting : Prepare various reports related to departmental operations, such as performance results, monthly budgets and expenses, and problems and suggestions for improvement.
6.Other Duties : Perform other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director to support the operations of the department and the company.
